Welcome to Whisper Lab. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian. Whisper Lab reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Fragrance Inspiration Disclaimer

Whisper Lab perfumes are inspired by well-known designer and niche fragrances.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any original brand, designer, or trademark holder.

All brand names and trademarks referenced are used strictly for scent comparison purposes only. Whisper Lab fragrances are original creations and should not be confused with original branded perfumes.

3. Product Performance & Scent Accuracy

Our fragrances are inspired interpretations and may smell approximately 80% to 99% similar to the original fragrance.

Please note:

  • Scent perception varies from person to person

  • Performance, longevity, and projection differ depending on skin chemistry

  • Exact scent matching is not guaranteed

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.

4. Custom-Made Products & Maturation Period

Many Whisper Lab perfumes are custom made to order.

  • Custom-made perfumes require a maturation period of up to 30 days before shipment

  • This process is essential to ensure optimal scent quality and performance

  • Orders containing custom-made items will only be shipped once the maturation period is complete

5. Stock Availability & Supplier Delays

Product availability is subject to raw material supply.

  • If a fragrance oil is temporarily out of stock, shipment may be delayed

  • Whisper Lab sources most fragrance oils from suppliers in France (Paris)

If a supplier is out of stock:

  • We may custom blend the fragrance ourselves, which will then be treated as a custom-made product and subject to a 30-day waiting period

  • A refund or credit will only be issued if we are unable to supply the product within a reasonable time and no alternative solution is possible

6. Orders, Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice.

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Custom production timelines

  • Supplier delays

  • Courier delays

  • Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

Whisper Lab cannot be held responsible for courier delays once an order has been dispatched.

8. No Returns, No Refunds Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • No returns

  • No exchanges

  • No refunds

Refunds or store credits will only be considered if in the rare event that:

  • Whisper Lab is unable to supply the product within a reasonable timeframe

  • No alternative solution can be provided

9. Allergies & Skin Sensitivity

Whisper Lab is not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. Customers are advised to perform a patch test before full use.

By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for product use.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Brand name

  • Product names

  • Logos

  • Text

  • Images

remains the exclusive property of Whisper Lab and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Whisper Lab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
