Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production has begun.

As every fragrance is handcrafted specifically for each customer, cash refunds are not available for cancelled orders.

If an order is cancelled before production starts, the customer will receive store credit equal to the value of the order, which may be used towards any future Whisper Lab purchase.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, changed or modified.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of perfumes and personal care products, Whisper Lab cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used or delivered.

This policy protects all customers by ensuring every bottle sold is fresh and uncontaminated.

Refunds

Refunds or exchanges are not available for:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the incorrect fragrance
• Personal preference regarding scent
• Custom fragrance blends
• Products that have been opened or used

If you receive an incorrect item or a product that is faulty due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs so that we can investigate and resolve the matter.
