Every Whisper Lab fragrance is handcrafted exclusively for you after your order is placed. We do not mass produce our fragrances or keep pre-made stock on shelves.

Each fragrance is individually measured, blended by hand and given time for the fragrance oils to settle and harmonise. This careful process helps create a smoother, more balanced fragrance while ensuring every bottle meets our quality standards before leaving our workshop.

Because quality cannot be rushed, please allow 10–14 business days for your fragrance to be handcrafted, rested, quality checked and prepared for dispatch.

At Whisper Lab, we believe a fragrance created with care is always worth the wait.

Shipping

Once your fragrance has completed its blending and resting process, it is carefully inspected, labelled, packaged and prepared for collection by our courier.

Delivery times provided by the courier are estimates only and may vary depending on your location.

Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, you will receive tracking information where available.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Whisper Lab cannot be held responsible for delays or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Bottle styles, atomisers, caps, labels and packaging may occasionally vary due to supplier availability without affecting the fragrance inside.

Colour Variation

Because many fragrance ingredients naturally vary in colour, perfumes may differ slightly in appearance between batches or gradually deepen in colour over time.

This is a normal characteristic of fine fragrance and does not affect quality or performance.
