Our Products

Whisper Lab creates handcrafted, made-to-order fragrances inspired by well-known designer perfumes.

Our fragrances are independently developed and produced. They are not original designer perfumes and Whisper Lab is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by, or associated with any designer brand, trademark owner, or manufacturer.

Any designer brand names mentioned on our website are used solely to describe the fragrance inspiration and assist customers in identifying the scent profile.

Ordering

Every Whisper Lab fragrance is created specifically for each customer after an order has been placed and payment has been received.

Please ensure you have selected the correct fragrance, bottle size and quantity before completing your purchase.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Custom Fragrance Blends

Whisper Lab proudly offers completely custom fragrance blends created according to your own recipe or instructions.

By placing a custom blend order, you acknowledge that Whisper Lab will manufacture the fragrance exactly according to the formula or instructions you provide.

As fragrance is highly personal, the finished result may differ from your expectations or imagination. This does not indicate a fault in the product.

Custom blends are created exclusively for you and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded due to personal preference.

Whisper Lab will only remake or replace a custom blend if we have failed to follow your supplied instructions.

Customers are encouraged to test and refine their blend recipes before ordering larger quantities.

Fragrance Expectations

Fragrance performance differs from person to person.

Factors including skin chemistry, body temperature, climate, humidity, storage conditions and individual perception all influence how a fragrance smells and how long it lasts.

For this reason, Whisper Lab cannot guarantee identical performance on every individual.

Intellectual Property

All Whisper Lab branding, logos, product names, photographs, website content and original material remain the intellectual property of Whisper Lab.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Whisper Lab's liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product supplied.

Whisper Lab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from misuse, improper storage, failure to follow safety instructions, allergic reactions, personal dissatisfaction with fragrance performance, or custom blends produced according to customer instructions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

Whisper Lab reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The version published on our website at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.
